We hope that you love our products as much as we love making them for you, but if for some reason you decide that it's not the right fit for your skin, we'll be happy to set you up with a new product or refund. United States based customers have 30 days from the date your order arrives to return or exchange any single item. Please note that bundles and value sets are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Processing time

Order processing is the time it takes from when you place your order to when it gets packed up from our Stratia HQ and shipped out. This usually takes 1-3 business days, but during holidays order processing times may take a little longer.

Not only does this reduce carbon emissions, but it means that our founder Alli's obsessively researched formulas are hand-bottled and shipped to you with care. Within the US, we offer free shipping for orders over $35. (If your order is less than $35, shipping is just $7.) Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days once shipped. If you want your order faster, expedited shipping arrives within 1-3 business days once shipped.

How do I start a return or exchange?
To make an exchange, please visit our Return Center and simply enter the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and shipping address zip code to initiate the return.

Where can I find my shipping label?
Once you initiate your return through our Exchange Center, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will also be sent to your email.
How do I pack my return?
If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials.
