Stratia makes skincare that works. Our products are formulated carefully and precisely using active ingredients in proven combinations to create no-frills, gimmick-free, truly effective skincare. Stratia is growing fast and we’re looking to hire the third member of our team.
As someone who worked many jobs for other people before starting my own business, I put a huge emphasis on making sure Stratia is a fulfilling, respectful, and positive place to work. Job Overview: This job covers all customer service communication for our online store, as well as all social media. Job duties include responding to customer emails and live chats; working with our team to ensure excellent customer service; creating social media content (photos and videos); managing social media posts; and researching and innovating new ways of communicating with customers and ensuring customer happiness. This is a full-time exempt position with a salary range of $43,000-$48,000 per year, based on experience. This position has an ideal start date of August 7.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage all customer service emails, live chats, and other communication.
Respond to all customer communication and ensure positive customer experiences.
Create content for social media, including photos, videos, and copy.
Manage and monitor social media accounts and reply to all customer questions and comments.
Communicate with Stratia owner as well as other stakeholders to ensure quality customer service.
Gather and analyze customer communication data to improve Stratia’s customer service, products, and marketing.
High school diploma required; college degree is a plus.
At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in an online setting.
Photography and video experience, either professionally or personally (please include link to portfolio or Instagram account).
Experience with photo and video editing software.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Must be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision; self-motivated and hard-working.
Passionate about skincare (tell me about your skincare routine!).
Excellent written communication skills.
Positive, upbeat attitude with ability to cheerfully answer repetitive or negative customer communication.
Desire to grow and expand with the company.
