Why we use it

Oxidation occurs when a molecule loses an electron through processes like UV radiation, pollution, and smoking. That molecule is now highly unstable and can cause damage to the skin. Antioxidants donate an electron to these free radicals, neutralizing them and preventing damage. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that prevents damage both in the skin and within a skincare formula.
