Why we use it
When combined with cetearyl alcohol, Ceteareth-20 creates a thick, luxurious emulsifier that holds the ingredients together in Velvet Cleansing Milk. It’s why we can use oil-based ingredients like rice bran oil as well as water-based ingredients like aloe vera and chamomile, without having them separate out. It also gives Velvet Cleansing Milk its signature rich, creamy texture and helps it rinse off cleanly.
